Little Shawn

Little Shawn (from Brooklyn, New York) is a male hip-hop musician from the '90s. He was also a ghostwriter for artists on the Uptown Records and Bad Boy Records music labels.
In 1992, he released his debut album "The Voice in the Mirror." It's unknown how or if the album made the charts at all.
The first single from the album "Hickeys on Your Chest" peaked at #11 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart. The song was given a high profile mention by the late Notorious B.I.G. in his song "Party & Bullshit."
The follow-up single "I Made Love (4 Da Very 1st Time)" peaked at #28 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart.
In 1995, Little Shawn released the single "Dom Perignon" peaked at #105 on Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart, #23 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart, #87 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 5 weeks and #28 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music/Maxi-Singles Sales chart.

In 1998, Little Shawn began serving a prison sentence for an unknown crime. After he was released from prison, he changed his name to "Shawn Pen" and was rumored to be close to signing a deal with G-Unit Records.

These days, he continues to be active in the music biz.
