The College Boyz

The College Boyz were a hip-hop/rap group from the 90s whose members consisted of R.O.M. (born Romany Romanic Malco, Jr on November 18, 1968 in Brooklyn, New York), Squeak, B. Selector and DJ Cue.

They originally called themselves RGM before changing it to the College Boyz.
In 1992, they released their debut album "Radio Fusion Radio" which peaked at #118 on the Billboard 200, #2 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart and #25 on Billboard's R&B Albums chart.
The first single, "Victim of the Ghetto" peaked at #68 on the Billboard Hot 100, #4 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart, #28 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music/Maxi-Singles Sales chart and #28 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 15 weeks.
The second single "Hollywood Paradox" peaked at #10 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart and #65 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 8 weeks.

The last single from the album "Humpin'" peaked at #14 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart.
In 1994, the College Boyz released their sophomore album "Nuttin' Less, Nuttin' Mo" which peaked at #80 on Billboard's R&B Albums chart.

The only single to chart was "Rollin'" which managed to peak at #49 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart. After that, the group disbanded.

These days, Romany Malco now works as an actor. As for the other members, it is unknown what they are up to today.
