They were the first R&B music act to sign to Jay-Z's record label, Roc-A-Fella Records and featured on two soundtracks for the label.
In 1996, Christión released their first single "Full of Smoke" which peaked at #53 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #15 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 26 weeks, making it their biggest hit to date.
The success of the single led them to a record deal with Def Jam Records.A year later in 1997, they released their debut album "Ghetto Cyrano" which peaked at #146 on the Billboard 200, #23 on Billboard's R&B Albums chart and #4 on Billboard's Heatseekers albums chart.
Their second single "Bring Back Your Love" was a moderate hit, peaking only at #111 on Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart and #67 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for only 8 weeks.
Christión's last single from the album "I Wanna Get Next To You" peaked at #86 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #32 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 16 weeks.
During the duo's hiatus, they appeared on the 2000 movie "Backstage" soundtrack and on a Roc-A-Fella Records compliation album in 2003.
Kenni has produced music for Aftermath Records and musicians DJ Clue, Sky Balla, Frank Stickums, Young Jet, En Vogue's Dawn Robinson and many more artists including his brother, Allen. He has worked on numerous television and film projects.
In 2005, Christión released their sophomore album, "Project Plato" on Kenni Ski's record label, The Mint Records.
These days, Allen Anthony is the vocalist for an all-Black metal music band called A Band Called Pain. It is unknown what Kenni Ski is up to today.
