Nikki (born Nikki Lee in Okinawa, Japan and raised in Dayton, Ohio) is a male pop\rock singer from the early 90's who was signed to Geffen Records. Nikki was a backing member of a soul\funk group called Sun and a writer of television commercials.
In 1989, Nikki released his self-titled debut album which didn't appear to chart at all on the Billboard 200. Two singles, "If You Wanna" and "Ooti Ooti" were released to minimal success.
Nikki's biggest hit song to date, "Notice Me" peaked at #21 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #11on Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart in 1990.

The song was written by Nikki and songwriter Paul David Wilson and brought them to honors from BMI as writer and publisher of one of the most performed songs of 1990.
Today, Nikki goes under the name "Michael Mozart" and is the wife of pop singer, Martika. Together they formed a band called Oppera and have released two albums so far.
