Warren Mills

Warren Mills (born in Zambia) was a young R&B singer from the mid-80's. Not much information is given about him, but he is the nephew of Zimbabwean singer, Alton Edwards.
In 1985, he released his self-titled debut album on Jive Records. It's unknown how or if the album ever charted.
Warren's highest chart appearance to date was the single "Sunshine" which managed to peak at #74 on the U.K. Singles chart. It's unknown how or if the song charted in the United States.
Warren's cover version of The Miracles' song "Mickey's Monkey" managed to peak at #83 on the U.K. Singles chart, but didn't appear on his debut album.
Warren appeared in the 1985 movie "Rappin" and was featured on the soundtrack with the song "Flame in the Fire."

The follow-up singles from his debut album "Tell Me What You Want" and "Don't Tell Me About Your Boyfriend" failed to make any music charts at all.

After that, it seemed as if Warren faded into obscurity, but according to the Isle of Deserted Pop Stars blog, he's living in Zambia again, married with three daughters & is reportedly still active in music.
