J'Son

J'Son (born J'son Tyrel Thomas on May 14, 1980 in Los Angeles, California) is an R&B singer from the mid-90s.
In 1996, J'Son released his self-titled debut album which peaked at #44 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart.
The first single "Take a Look" peaked at #74 on the Billboard Hot 100, #26 on Billboard's Rhythmic Top 40 chart, #38 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music\Club Play chart and #54 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 19 weeks.
The second single and J'Son's biggest hit to date, "I'll Never Stop Lovin' You" peaked at #62 on the Billboard Hot 100, #38 on Billboard's Rhythmic Top 40 chart, and #57 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 19 weeks.

The song was featured on the "First Kid" movie soundtrack and was later covered by Britney Spears.
In 1998, he released the single "I Should Cheat On You" which peaked at #48 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 12 weeks.

After that, J'Son moved on to the R&B group, 3rd Storee (also known now as Chapter 4). Currently, it is unknown what he's up to today.

His '98 song "I Should Cheat On You" was suppose to be the first single off his sophomore album but for some reason it wasn't released.
