In 1987, Noel released his self-titled debut album on 4th & Broadway Records, which peaked at #126 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Noel's first single, "Silent Morning" peaked at #47 on the Billboard Hot 100 in November of 1987, #6 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music\Club Play chart in September of 1987, and #7 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music\Maxi-Singles Sales chart.
The second single from the album, "Like a Child" peaked at #67 on the Billboard Hot 100 in April of 1988, #88 on Billboard's Hot Black Singles chart in May of 1988, staying on the chart for 6 weeks, #6 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music\Maxi-Singles Sales chart, and topped Billboard's Hot Dance Music\Club Play chart for a week in May of that same year.
The third single, "Out of Time" peaked at #9 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music\Maxi-Singles Sales chart and became Noel's second #1 dance hit, topping Billboard's Hot Dance Music\Club Play chart for a week in November of 1988.
The last single, "Change" failed to make the Billboard charts at all. In 1990, Noel was featured on Concept of One's single, "The Question" which became quite successful on Billboard's dance charts.
In 1993, Noel released his sophomore album, "Hearts on Fire" which focused mostly on pop music instead of freestyle music.
The album didn't generate a lot of success and after that, he was dropped from his record label & seemed to have fade into obscurity.

In 2001, Noel was featured on trance music producer, Ford's single, "When Will I Find True Love?"
These days, he continues to perform all over the country, playing in sold out venues & releasing other dance\trance music songs.
